Jack Cohen offered his service to do this however then decided he did not wish to take on the roll. This leaves the group at present in limbo as over the last year given some considerable time to the group and I am unable to do so in the future. I have however found an interest from a Mrs L Naden who is a lecturer in environmental and nature studies and is interested in taking over the group. Public meeting organised by CPRE in Thanet 19:30 - 12th December at St Georges Hall, Broad Street, Ramsgate, CT11 8RG. Speaker, Dr Caroline Lucas, Green MEP. The meeting agenda is to discuss major development issues, i.e. Manston airport expansion plan, China Gateway, Thanet Earth, 2nd Phase of East Kent Access Road. The meeting will be chaired by Norman Thomas, also present John Stewart - Airport Watch, Dr Hilary Newport - Dir CPRE Kent. I hope many of you can find time to support this meeting.
