Any artwork without fixings will be rejected and the fee returned. • Please state clearly your name, the title of the piece, the medium and price on the back of each piece of work. Prices are set by the artist. Please also state if the piece is not for sale. • Artist statements are welcome but optional. • A completed and signed entry form, with the fee, must be handed in with submitted artwork. • No commission is taken by the gallery; all proceeds from sales go direct to the artist. • All artwork for the exhibition is to be received at the gallery by 3pm Sunday 5th February. • All artwork (unless sold) must remain at the gallery until the Sunday 18th March 4pm. • At the end of the exhibition, work must be collected from the gallery between Wednesday 21st March to Saturday 24th March, during opening hours. • Whilst good care is taken of exhibits but we do not provide insurance cover for the artwork nor can we take responsibility for loss, damage, fire or theft. However we do have public liability insurance. • The gallery reserves the right to remove any work that has not been agreed, or which we find in any way offensive. • Please note that we cannot store artworks and any artwork not collected by 3pm Saturday 24th March will become property of Monkey Cage Gallery and will be disposed of at our discretion. • All entrants and a guest are invited to the private view event. Deadline for Submitting Artwork - 3pm Sunday 5th February Delivery of artwork to the Gallery - Please deliver your artwork to the gallery between Saturday 14th January - Sunday 5th February. during opening hours. Private View Event - Saturday 11th February. 2pm – 4pm Exhibition Dates - Saturday 11th February - Sunday 18th March 2012. Collection of Work from Gallery - Tuesday 20th March - Saturday 24th March during opening hours. Any artwork not collected by then will become the property of the Monkey Cage Gallery.
