What I haven’t been able to find is any submissions supporting the DCO. I assume this is down to my ITC skills and not because there aren’t any, so where are they? Was told that upon receipt of this form I would get an email confirming same. Returned it at least 2 weeks prior to deadline. Was it all a scam to placate those supporting the opening of Manston and they will say that these forms were received too late. Just looking at NNF is not going to uncover those with a secret yearning for cargo hubs. Spread you net and look into local groups, normally a Manston thread pops up, there you can gain a more rounded opinion.
