Hi **** I have *****  coming round soon for discussions about Pleasurama and for this need to be familiar with the development agreement, which **** says, is in the public domain now.
I know I did try to obtain it once before and failed this time I am asking for it under the freedom of information act so I can de sure to get it, either please redact any info that is in the public domain or tell me what is so I don’t use it publicly.
Best regards Michael

Dear Michael
Customer Feedback Reference Number:11594/1110997

Please accept my apologies for the delay in my reply. I have sought
legal advice on whether I can send you a copy of the agreement. They
have indicated this is not normally the case, but have asked to see the
agreement and all reference to it at public meetings to enable them to
decide what is in the public domain. When this process is complete I
will reply to you in full.

Regards
****

Hi ****
Many thanks, I am sorry to be going down this road of FOIs and official complaints as I know you are hard pressed and it all takes up a lot of officers time, all I really want is what was promised at the meeting with you and *****.

Proper public information, at the very least the developer to hold some sort of drop in session like the last one, artists impressions building material that sort of thing.

The FRA and cliff escape issue to be properly investigated.

The cliff façade safety issue to be properly investigated.

The incline weight limit to be properly investigated.

My problem being that if you don’t tell me what’s going on then I can only assume that nothing is and keep badgering you.

I gather **** has now been made Ramsgate Harbour master, please pass on my congratulations to him.
Best regards Michael

Thanks Michael, I fully understand I will see if I can set up a meeting with the lead person from Cardys to discuss the scheme with you.
