Committee
I have to admit that for a while this left me pretty much speechless in the old eastern block I think the committee were a sort of stratocracy, in TDC they may in fact be something worse.

Dear Mr Child

Thank you for your contacting Committee Services. Since receiving your
E-Mail the Thanet District Council website has been updated. If you now
visit a Councillor webpage it will now display their E-Mail address,
however please be advised that not all Councillors have an E-Mail
address.

You will also be pleased to know that there is an update on the
Pleasurama Site on www.thanet.gov.uk, that we hope you will find
useful.

Yours Sincerely

Nicholas Hughes

Dear Mr Hughes
Thank you for your reply; I am gad that is now possible to contact some of the councillors by email.
You appear to be telling me that it is impossible to communicate with some councillors by email, is this meant as some sort of a joke or riddle; the thin councillor is the fat councillors son but the fat councillor is not the thin councillors father; how can this be? I don’t expect you to answer that unless you want to. If there is some criteria by which you are selecting councillors thought to worthy of an email address, competence to use it for instance, I can tell you its not working very well. Is it that some councillors are perhaps more equal than others in some other way? I would like an answer to this question.
Do you feel that http://councillors.thanet.gov.uk/sites/sandyezekiel/default.aspx reflects well on the council or the leader? It certainly shows us how his website building abilities have matured since 13/10/2006.
Did you pass on my email to all the councillors as I asked, or is it perhaps you who decides which councillor should be allowed to read which email, I would also like an answer to this question.
I tried to find the Pleasurama site on www.thanet.gov.uk its not on the site map don’t come up if you enter it in the search box, where is it?
I should like to point out to you that our correspondence will be published on the internet with the appropriate search tags and the url will be forwarded to all of the councillors.
You may find it helpful to cast your eye over the following website http://www.thanetonline.com/Pleasurama/
Yours sincerely
Michael Child.
